Confirmation of receipt of entry is usually provided within two weeks although if you've recently entered by post and haven't received yours yet, you will now have to wait until approximately a week before the closing date. This is because I will not be visiting Parklands for a few weeks. If you enter by email, my response will be quicker.
We offer a charitable donation with our Open Competition (details here)http://erewashwriterscompetition.weebly.com/2013-open-short-story-competition---maria-smith.html so do remember when you enter to nominate your favourite UK charity or voluntary group for our cash.
Please note, I will not be accessing this site until Tuesday 5th March, so if you email me, please don't expect an immediate reply.
